Engy Lamour Joins Raines International To Drive Change Within The Financial Services Sector

Raines International announced that Mr. Engy Lamour has joined as Senior Vice President of its Asset Management Practice. Based in New York City, Mr. Lamour has more than 10 years of experience in the Asset Management and Alternative Investments Industry and is recognized for his extensive subject matter expertise and vast executive network. As a member of Raines’ Financial Services Executive Search Team, he will focus primarily on clients in the hedge fund, private equity, real estate investment, and venture capital sectors. A champion of diversity and inclusion, Engy is a proven difference maker for clients seeking more diverse leadership teams that lead in their market areas.

Mr. Lamour joins Raines from Korn Ferry, where he was a principal in its Global Asset & Alternative Investments practice. Prior to Korn Ferry, he was an Engagement Manager in Heidrick & Struggles’ Asset Management practice. Earlier in his career, Engy served as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of the Global Marketing & Investor Relations practice of a boutique search firm for which he launched and managed a UK subsidiary office.

Mr. Lamour earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Brandeis University, where he received a full-tuition scholarship on the basis of academic and leadership potential from The Posse Foundation.
