The announcement was made by Mark Sadovnick and Peter Deragon, Managing Directors of the Stanton Chase office in Los Angeles.

Florence will serve as a Director utilizing his extensive experience in the technology sector, with a focus on management and executive roles including Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Security Officers, Cyber Security and other critical tech related needs of our clients. These include senior-level sales, business development, engineering and internal consulting executives.

“It is a pleasure to welcome David to our team in Los Angeles,” said Sadovnick. “His national and global contacts are deep in both duration and strength of relationship, and his search experience is a tremendous asset. With more than 30 years of experience as a technology executive, he brings a unique perspective to our search practice.”

“David, like many of our search consultants,” adds Deragon, “is performing search in his industry of expertise. He comes as an operating professional and marketing expert, functionally familiar with many technology roles. His technology background creates subject matter expertise and deep knowledge of the evolution of companies and professions within the sector, giving him a deep understanding of each client and their challenges, which we strive to solve.”

As a former senior-level executive and seasoned search consultant, Florence understands the leadership challenges global and domestic firms face today.

“I look forward to collaborating with my colleagues at Stanton Chase as we identify leaders who will guide our clients into the future,” said Florence. “Stanton Chase’s global footprint and the cooperation among the offices provides great value to our clients seeking executives who can lead on all continents.”  Florence’s career has included senior roles at Goto.com, Lucent Technologies, Motorola, Oracle and Sun Microsystems, and a variety of assignments with Global 2000 and governments to implement “Big Data” solutions.
