Boyden Global Executive Search Expands in Pacific Northwest

Boyden, a global leader in executive search with more than 70 offices in over 40 countries, today announced Lynn Ogden, a highly respected strategic leadership expert, as a new partner in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Ogden, who previously held senior roles with Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles units, joins Boyden’s Consumer Practice Group and will be co-based in Portland, Oregon and San Francisco.

With over 25 years of experience in Asia and the US, Ogden brings to Boyden a blend of executive search, leadership assessment, executive coaching and management consulting experience. As a renowned advisor and executive leader, she has experience working with Fortune Global 500 and mid-cap organizations including Avon, Bristol-Myer Squibb, Chanel, Colgate, Disney/BVI, Nike, Omnicom and University of Oregon.

Most recently, Ogden served as Vice President and Engagement Leader at Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company. From 2008 to 2014, she also led Essential Mastery, a sustainable leadership firm focusing on executive recruiting, coaching and leadership assessment, and development in the US and Hong Kong.

Previously, she served nearly two decades at Korn Ferry in Hong Kong in a variety of roles, including Senior Client Partner, Regional Market Leader for the Consumer Practice in Asia/Pacific, and Vice President/Managing Partner of Greater China. She was also a member of Korn Ferry’s Asia Pacific Management Committee, Key Accounts Management, Global Promotions Committee and Emerging Markets Committee.

Ogden holds a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies from Wesleyan University and a Master’s in Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong. She is conversational in Mandarin and French.
