Biserka Stoimenova Joins TRANSEARCH in Bulgaria

Biserka Stoimenova recently joined the TRANSEARCH office in Sofia.

Biserka has more than 12 years' experience in attracting and recruiting key professionals, both for internal corporate needs and as an external HR consultant. She effectively manages interaction in multi-cultural projects. She has extensive knowledge in technical and non-technical recruitment projects for every level of expertise. She gained a high awareness of corporate culture through 9 years' experience as a Talent acquisition expert for a leading technology company.

Biserka holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". She is fluent in Bulgarian and English.
