Per Ardua Associates is Expanding with Two New Practices
Sally Talbot joins to run the HR practice and the Diversity & Inclusion practice Up until recently Sally worked at Aretai Consulting, a specialist Human Capital Consulting firm, where she heads the Executive Search practice specialising in the appointment of Senior HR Executives within Financial Services. She has over 20 years’ experience of placing HR Directors, Reward, Organisation Development and Talent Directors into key positions across a range of sectors, including Investment Banking, Fund Management, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Insurance and Professional Services.
She began her career in Executive Search by building the HR practice at Armstrong International from 1997 to 2001, both in London and in New York. She then co-founded and was a Director of her own boutique HR search firm, Redwood Search between 2002 and 2008.
Prior to this, Sally was Head of Lateral Recruitment at Andersen and ran graduate recruitment at Chemical/Chase Manhattan Bank. Sally has a BSc Hons degree in Psychology from the University of Bristol and a Post-Graduate diploma in HR Management.
Kate Hammar joins to run the Financial Services Real Estate practice Kate Hammar has joined Per Ardua as Practice Leader of the Real Estate business, although she is on maternity leave until December. Previously she spent seven years with an international Real Estate search firm, Sousou Partners, where she was a Managing Partner working across a number of functions in Real Estate including Private Equity, Investment Management, Capital Raising and Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Debt and Development across Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Sousou Partners Kate worked for Russell Reynolds Associate as a member of the Global Banking & Markets practice. She began her career at a financial services boutique, providing research and execution.
Kate holds a Joint Honours BSc (Hons) in Statistics & Psychology from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
