“The opportunity to join a team so passionate about creating a genuine difference to people and organisations is highly motivating. As we navigate the future of work together, I am excited to bring new solutions to the table to enable teams to scale both capability and capacity around leadership tables in an agile way.
Having worked with leaders across countries, sectors and specialisations, I am convinced those that embrace the big questions will thrive through uncertainty. How leaders, be they permanent or interim, impact others, lead change, think through challenges and ultimately get things done will define their performance and impact. Given the Gig Executive team’s focus on delivering the right talent, for the right task, at the right time, I believe we can help organisations fast track real change, and support the incredible talent of our Gig Executives.
Part of this challenge is about embracing change ourselves. The business has been working hard to innovate new development opportunities for our Gig Executives and will launch several initiatives over the coming months that focus on accelerating the capabilities that will shape the future. We exist to help organisations and individuals identify, enhance and engage capabilities through highly experienced Gig Executives to deliver the transformation for future success.”
He has held executive leadership roles in people solutions practices across government, commercial and not-for-profit organizations in the UK and Australia and has worked with clients for 20 years to help solve their toughest people challenges. He is a qualified leadership assessor through the British Psychological Society, an accredited Executive Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and delivered over a thousand successful interim, search, assessment, outplacement and coaching assignments with clients across different cultures and most sectors.
Adam’s focus is to develop lasting relationships that produce sustainable and measurable change for his candidates and clients. He works alongside them, combining his knowledge with colleagues, to identify and select interim executives including Chief Executives, HR Leaders, Health Administrators, Finance Directors, Executive Deans, Managing Directors, and Executive Directors. He regularly works at the intersection between organizations, leadership and transformation and is continually listening, learning and adapting to the needs of his clients to ensure a valuable outcome.
