Amrop Welcomes Avo Kaasik as Associate Partner in Tallinn, Estonia

Avo Kassik began his career in corporate finance and has spent the past eight years as an entrepreneur and investor, primarily in raising capital under advisory and later for his own companies. Avo's investments have been in the areas of Consumer Products, Recycling, and Bioenergy in Estonia, Latvia, and Russia, and he has been CEO and Chair of a number of his portfolio companies.

Avo's experience as an entrepreneur, investor, and business owner have shaped his consulting approach, emphasizing the importance of contextual understanding in building the right C-level and Board teams. His perspectives, gained across a variety of industries, give Avo unique insights into the benefits of cross-sector experience as a client of executive search make him uniquely placed to partner effectively with Amrop's clients and provide a high-level approach to client service. 

Avo holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, Latvia and an MBA from Tartu University, Estonia. He speaks Estonian, English, Russian and Swedish.
