AltoPartners Adds Two New Partners to the Accord Group ECE Poland Team
AltoPartners, welcomes two new Partners to the Accord Group ECE Poland team. Rafal Boczkowski has joined as a Partner in the Solutions HRS division and Alicja Jaworska has joined as a Partner with a focus on Executive Search.
Rafal Boczkowski is a Human Resources management and recruitment consultancy professional. Rafal’s mandate in joining the Accord Group Poland team is to develop the leadership consultancy practice in Poland and across the CEE region.
Rafal started his career in 1999 in Human Resources with Delphi Automotive Systems, and later joined IBM. At IBM, Rafal first started within their in-house recruitment team, and later he was assigned the HR Country Delivery Manager role, providing HR services to external clients. In 2008 Rafal joined Avon Operations in Poland where he managed and consolidated all HR operations functions.
Prior to joining Accord Group Poland, Rafal was a Partner with a local executive search and HR Consultancy firm. A sociologist by background, Rafal graduated from the Warsaw University.
With a degree in Psychology, Alicja Jaworska spent a considerable amount of her career building a strong client and contact network in the medical industry when she worked as a Senior Medical Representative responsible for market and sector growth of specific medicines and medical interventions.
Alicja then moved into the HR and Executive Search industry and delivered innovative, flexible and high-quality Employment/ Networking Services to meet the objectives of the global Client List and high level network of candidates. Prior to joining the Accord Group Poland team, Alicja worked as a Business Manager for a rapidly expanding boutique agency specialising in global healthcare recruitment, where she was responsible for the business contacts and contracts with HR hospitals’ departments from Saudi Arabia and UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Qatar). She also led a multinational team (Ukraine, Egypt, Turkey) to deliver strategic solutions for the market.
