Alberto Chico Joins Signium as Partner in Madrid

Signium is pleased to announce the appointment of Alberto Chico, Partner, responsible for Spain's Leadership Advisory Services practice. Alberto will be based in Signium's Madrid office and will strengthen the positioning of the firm in Leadership Services.

  

Alberto has more than 13 years of experience in multinational companies where he has carried out managerial roles in Human Resources, Selection and Search, and Executive Talent Projects. Before joining Signium, Alberto worked as a Partner of Leadership and Human Resources Practices in Spain at a global Executive Search firm. Previously, between 2008 and 2016, Alberto held several management positions at Banco Santander, first as Global Head Talent Acquisition, then Human Resources Senior Manager for Top Executive, and later was appointed Human Resources Director of Global Corporate Banking, with international responsibility in EMEA, LATAM, USA and APAC. Before that, he worked for three years as Director in an International Recruiting Consulting firm.

  

Alberto holds a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF (Spain). He has also completed a Corporate Development Program at IESE Business School and is also a Certified Coach.

  

Alberto joined Signium Spain as Partner in May 2017.
