At the annual AESC Global Conference, in New York on April 6, AESC will bestow three important awards: The Gardner Heidrick Award; The Eleanor Raynolds Award; and The Future of the Profession Award. AESC is asking you to help us to identify and recognize a colleague or peer who you believe exemplifies the spirit of one of these honors. Please consider nominating a deserving person under one of these categories and submit the nomination by Friday, February 5th:
- The Gardner Heidrick Award is presented to an executive search or leadership consultant who has made an outstanding contribution to the executive search and leadership consulting profession. Bestowed since 1982, it honors lifetime achievement and recognizes the highest standards of work. Nominees should embody AESC professional and ethical practices. - The Eleanor H. Raynolds Award was established in 1993 to recognize an individual who combines excellence in executive search or leadership consulting with a strong commitment to community service and volunteerism toward charitable causes. - The Future of the Profession is designed to engage the next generation of leaders in executive search and leadership consulting. It honors innovation and leadership, and applies to professionals earlier in their career than the Heidrick and Raynolds Awards, which are seen as capstone awards.
