More than 200 IT leaders from healthcare and higher education responded to WittKieffer's new survey report.
Respondents provided a wealth of data about their past and current work arrangements, their preferred approach to remote work, as well as their top priorities considered when seeking new leadership roles.
Some key takeaways include:
79.7% of respondents are currently working in a fully remote or hybrid arrangement
Only 19% of respondents said they were planning to change their current work arrangements “post-pandemic,” with less than 3% saying they expect employees to be in the office each day
Despite the vast majority of respondents working in at least a hybrid work environment, only 38% of respondents noted that working remotely is among the Top 3 priorities they seek when pursuing a new role
