Stanton Chase Nashville Announces Appointment of New Director
Executive search professional Christopher P. Oldham joins Tennessee Team
Christopher P. Oldham, an executive search professional with more than twenty-five years of experience, has joined the Stanton Chase Nashville office as Director.
The announcement was made by Daniel Casteel, Managing Director of the Stanton Chase Nashville office and Regional Vice President, North America.
“I’m excited to welcome Chris to the Stanton Chase family and Nashville team,” said Casteel. “Chris’s vast experience, particularly in Healthcare, Professional Services, and serving Private Equity portfolios, will enhance and complement our client services.”
Chris leads search engagements in North America, and partners with colleagues across the globe, focusing on recruiting senior executives, management, and board directors who create value for organizations in the following practice areas: Life Sciences and Healthcare, Professional Services, and Private Equity.
Mr. Oldham has extensive experience in recruitment, business development, operations management, and consulting in healthcare and professional services. He has worked in mid- to senior-level roles with full P&L responsibility over multi-unit operations while conducting hundreds of searches and thousands of business transactions over the course of his career. He has served a diverse client base, including healthcare providers, services, payers, technology, biotech, pharmaceutical, nonprofits, and high-growth private equity-backed portfolio companies.
Kathleen Hajek, Regional Leader for the Life Sciences and Healthcare practice and Managing Director of the Stanton Chase Raleigh office, added her support for the recent Nashville hire.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Mr. Oldham served in such roles as Partner, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Regional Vice President of Operations, and Division President, managing projects and teams on a local, regional, and national level for some of the industry’s leading healthcare and professional service organizations. This diverse set of experiences, teamed with industry-leading Stanton Chase resources, uniquely positions Mr. Oldham to leverage his network while partnering with colleagues and clients to attract top executives who make a positive impact on company culture, revenue growth, cost management, and bottom line profits.
