About Seeliger y Conde / AltoPartners

Amrop Seeliger y Conde is a consulting firm dedicated to executive search. Its main objective is to recruit the most talented executives within the marketplace for each required position. The firm has offices in Madrid and Barcelona, and was founded in June 1990 by Luis Conde, Gerardo Seeliger and Sixte Cambra. To-date, the firm is composed of twelve Partners and four Associates, each one specialized in one economic sector, covering all market requirements.

Seeliger y Conde identifies and selects the best qualified candidates in order to fullfil the requirements of their clients. To identify executives, the firm uses direct search, which implies: deep sectoral experience, knowledge and contacts, external sources, client sources, and a large and constantly updated database.
