The firm is dedicated to executive search, specializing in C-Levels: top management and management executive positions. It also provides leadership and HR strategic advice.
The consultancy firm provides services to international companies doing business in Chile and who need a reliable and competent local partner. Its client’s portfolio includes companies coming mainly from economic sectors who are constantly facing significant challenges. As an example is the industrial sector, including mining, energy and laboratories, and also transportation, logistics, health and finances. The company has an agreement with the State and has developed a long-term commitment for top management recruitment for state services and companies.
