Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Bridget Weishaar

Russell Reynolds Associates announced that Bridget Weishaar has joined the firm as a member of the Consumer team and as part of the Omnichannel Retail and Luxury Practice.

Based in Chicago, Weishaar leverages a deeply analytical perspective on the consumer and retail industries to guide large global organizations through periods of transformation and growth.

"Bridget's experience as an analyst covering large companies in the consumer and retail industries gives her deep insight into the challenges and volatility affecting the sector and, concurrently, the levers most important for success in the sector," said Constantine Alexandrakis, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates' Americas Region. "This level of empirical and data-based industry knowledge is critical as we help our clients identify and grow top talent that will help them capture disruptive growth opportunities and transform."

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Weishaar was a Senior Equity Analyst in the Consumer Discretionary sector at Morningstar. As a lead analyst for more than a dozen retail and apparel stocks, she was responsible for building the firm's international presence. Previously, Weishaar worked for J.P. Morgan in New York as a VP in Equity Research for their Internet, Media & Entertainment group. Earlier in her career, she was an Assistant Professor at DePaul University and Saint Xavier University.

Weishaar holds a BSc in pre-professional science and psychology from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in education from Northwestern University, a Doctorate of Education from Loyola University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
