Speakers

Phillip Campbell

Phillip John Campbell

Phillip is the CEO of enigmaFIT, a global brain coaching company committed to cognitive excellence. As a pioneer in leadership development, his focus is on one critical question.

Over the past 25 years, he has worked with Fortune 500 executives and entrepreneurs in the USA, Europe and Asia-Pacific developing the ‘brain skills’ the World Economic Forum (WEF) identifies as the foundation of future competitiveness: analytical thinking, adaptability, creativity, resilience, complex problem solving, and social leadership.

These are not personality traits — they are trainable cognitive capabilities.

At the core of developing ‘brain skills’ he has leveraged the principles of neuroscience and developed the Fluid Thinking Framework—the ability to process information clearly, cut through noise, and make high-quality decisions under pressure. These are subconscious brain routines that operate below conscious awareness and shape how people think, relearn, and perform. They are grounded in over 70 years of research into the CHC Theory of Human Cognitive Abilities to strengthen and develop the 10 Brain Skills. The WEF says ‘brain skills’ are the most critical capabilities for the future and a strategic economic asset in the AI Era.

He is a USA Today and Wall Street Journal Best Selling Author for his contributions to the ‘Habits of Success’ book. Also, his latest book ‘Brain Habits: The Science of Subconscious of Success’ is an Amazon #1 Best Seller in Developmental Biology and has been translated into Simplified Chinese, Korean, Arabic and soon to be released in Turkish.
