Christian brings more than two decades of global executive search experience, with deep expertise in Mining & Natural Resources, Energy & Sustainability, Private Equity, and Professional Services. Christian has built an impressive track record in executive search, having worked internationally across the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Australia. He has successfully led Board and senior executive searches for a broad range of listed and privately held organisations, including mandates in complex and politically sensitive environments. Christian began his career with one of the UK’s fastest-growing recruitment firms, contributing to its successful IPO.
