This program will run in October 2025. Join us for four weekly sessions on Zoom -- three 90-minute professor-led sessions, and one 120-minute team working session. Each session will begin at 9am ET. Final dates to be announced pending professor's availability.

Participants should plan to attend and actively engage in all live sessions, as the program builds progressively each week, culminating in a final team session focused on strategies and practices for addressing key challenges.

Participants who successfully complete this program will receive a joint Certificate of Completion from the Cornell ILR School and the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants and a digital credential to add to your Linked-In profile.
