WittKieffer Announces Organizational Evolution to Better Serve Clients in the Quality of Life Ecosystem

WittKieffer announced today the evolution of its organizational structure aligned to its integrated approach to building and developing leadership teams within the healthcare, life sciences, and education markets. “Our strategy fully embraces our purpose of improving quality of life through impactful leadership and the promise that purpose entails. This strategy includes our expanded solutions to our growing client base,” stated WittKieffer CEO Andrew Chastain.

This enhanced alignment is another significant step in the firm’s growth and offering of specialized, integrated solutions in Executive Search, Leadership Advisory and Interim Leadership for organizations at the intersection of healthcare delivery, science and education – the Quality of Life Ecosystem. We continue to invest in ways to better serve our clients and to offer our teams development opportunities. We are investing in our future,” Chastain added.

In addition to the three core solutions, WittKieffer now organizes around five key markets within the Quality of Life Ecosystem – Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Academic Medicine, and Emerging Markets, which includes the firm’s new Commercial Healthcare practice and other sectors into which WittKieffer expands. The focus on these markets and solutions enables WittKieffer to leverage the full breadth of its capabilities on behalf of clients’ success.
