Founder & Managing Director

Sergio Floyd is the Founder & Managing Director of Quinton Anthony and works across the firm’s Executive Search and Business Consulting practices to deliver a comprehensive range of Search, Leadership Advisory, HR Consulting & Talent Management Outsourcing services across the Asia Pacific region.

With an Honors Degree in Corporate Communication and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Sergio has delivered board & senior leadership engagements across the Construction, Property and Infrastructure sectors for over two decades.

Working with major international contractors, property groups, consultancies, industry associations and institutions, Sergio has successfully completed assignments including Non-Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief People Officer, General Manager and senior technical specialist roles across the region.

Sergio is also a passionate board member of the Starlight Children’s Foundation NSW, a non-profit organisation that brightens the lives of seriously ill children and their families.
