Heidrick & Struggles: Insight from Educational Executive Survey

In this study published by Heidrick & Struggles, the leadership styles of senior executives in the education industry are explored. Based off a survey of more than 300 education executives, this publication produces evidence showing that often, as executives reach the vice president or senior vice president role, their leadership style changes from its previous type. The result appears to be a discrepancy between the leadership styles of the CEO and the culture of the company.

Based off the information gained from the survey, Heidrick & Struggles explores how companies in the education industry can best go about hiring the right CEO.
