Raines International Inc. Announces Executive-In-Residence & Managing Director of its Marketing & Communications Practice

Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm Raines International Inc. announced Matt Seiler has joined the organization in dual roles, serving as Managing Director of its Marketing & Communications Practice, and as its first ever Executive-in-Residence.

Based on recent articles from Ad Age, Forbes, and Campaign as well as studies from the ANA, WARC and the 4A’s, it is widely known throughout the Marketing Communications landscape that the greatest challenge, some may even say crisis, facing the industry is talent. Who better to address this issue than an extremely successful former CEO with a background that spans disciplines and is known for his innovative approach to problem-solving?

Prior to joining Raines, Seiler served as President of Brand Solutions with Dentsu Aegis, Chairman & CEO of IPG Mediabrands and CEO of Omnicom’s phd. He previously served as Chairman of the Board for Effie Worldwide, and he currently is on the boards of The8App and Stax Media Holdings. He has been a frequent speaker at media industry events such as Cannes, CES, and DMEXCO.
