Steve Jiang Joins Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner in China

Heidrick & Struggles (Nasdaq: HSII), a provider of executive search, leadership assessment and development, organization and team effectiveness, and culture shaping services globally, announced that Steve Jiang has joined the firm's Global Technology & Services and Industrial practices as a Partner in September 2019. He is based in the Shanghai, China office.

Jiang has more than 12 years of experience in executive search, working with global corporations and local Chinese companies to build top management teams. He primarily focuses on senior executive search assignments for both established multinational companies and fast-growing Chinese companies across the technology, automotive and diversified manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jiang served as Practice Co-Head for Greater China at another leading executive search firm. He also has experience in management consulting as a former Associate Partner and Technology Strategy Practice Leader at IBM Global Business Consulting in China (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting), where he led a team to advise corporate clients on strategic, operational and IT issues.
