Stanton Chase Names New Global Practice Leader For Private Equity

Stanton Chase is pleased to announce a change in leadership for Stanton Chase’s Private Equity practice. MP Cathy Logue has headed the practice successfully to a global level in a business environment involving an increasing number of PE owners. We would like to thank Cathy for her extraordinary work and excellent leadership. She will move on to focus on leadership of Stanton Chase’s global CFO agenda.

Stanton Chase is proud to name Mikael Stelander, Managing Partner of Stanton Chase’s Finnish office, as new Global Practice Leader for all PE activities within Stanton Chase. The announcement was made by Managing Partner Flemming Riber, Vice Chair of Practice Groups at Stanton Chase, a global retained executive search firm with more than 70 offices in 45 countries.

He has been an active member in multiple PE associations and conferences offering our Executive Search consultancy as well as his competence in placing and evaluating execution power at C-level/Boards in PE companies.

Mikael has recently headed our EMEA integration toward PE companies in Stanton Chase’s joint activities with NASDAQ Board Services offering specific evaluation, consultancy, and executive search to professional Board configurations in cooperation with NASDAQ. Mikael will focus on the further integration of executive consultancy toward PE – a growing, demanding, and very professional client base for Stanton Chase.”

With an extensive industry-based background, Mikael specializes in partnering with investors and C-level executives acting as an extension of their organization. His search portfolio comprises projects for PE-owned firms across industry segments such as technology/software, manufacturing, engineering, consumer and energy. Mikael’s background include collaboration with PE, family offices, fund of funds as well as startups, mainly involved in buy-and-build projects. Mikael brings 20-plus years of experience as an MP at Stanton Chase and has held additional senior leadership roles for Stanton Chase in the past.
