Spencer Stuart Strengthens its Leadership Advisory Services Group

Spencer Stuart, one of the world's leading executive search and leadership advisory firms, is pleased to announce three appointments that strengthen its Leadership Advisory Services group in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
 
Daniel Ellis has spent his career advising clients across a range of sectors on domestic and global HR and employment issues. He regularly speaks at industry conferences on the subject, trains clients, and is widely published. He has also spent time on secondment to Goldman Sachs and Accenture in London. He joins from Baker & McKenzie where he was a partner specialising in employment law.
 
Nicholas Falk has in-depth experience assessing senior executives as well as supporting them through coaching and leadership development. He joins from YSC Ltd, where he was a business psychologist and managing consultant. Prior to that, he worked as a clinical psychologist, providing therapy, diagnosis and assessment.
 
Dustin Seale is a global thought leader and practitioner in leadership and corporate culture and brings an unparalleled 24 years of experience in corporate culture and organizational transformation. He has worked in the C-Suite of many Global 1000 companies and has served these clients in over 50 countries. He joins from Senn Delaney, the culture-shaping division of another leadership advisory firm, where he was partner in charge, EMEA.

All three consultants will be based in Spencer Stuart’s London office, serving clients throughout EMEA and globally.
