Tim McEwan, Managing Director comments; ‘I am hugely excited about joining forces with Sheffield Haworth.  I have always been passionate about supporting people and organisations to achieve their very best and the vision Sheffield Haworth has for its business aligns perfectly.  Culturally, we are very similar and the process over the past 5 months to come to this point has been a pleasure.    In our current environment of lock down, economic uncertainty and anxiety over our health and our safety, organisations are going to require our support more than ever.  If we are to consider our current situation the ‘New Normal’ and we adopt new ways of working, there is going to be a great deal for leaders to take on board.  People due diligence exercises are going to be considering different behavioural assessment criteria, organisational designs will be challenged and our cultures, consciously shaped over years, will start to change based on new ways of engaging.

Sheffield Haworth, through our forward-thinking team of coaches, assessors and consultants, is well positioned to support our clients in the challenges ahead.”
