Sheffield Haworth Announces Senior Promotions and Continued Growth Plans for Business.
Sheffield Haworth announced a number of promotions within the business recognizing the tremendous efforts of its employees in 2020. This comes despite the challenges presented over the last 12 months caused by the pandemic.
In total, the firm has made nineteen promotions for 2021 across all levels and geographies. Senior promotions include Abhishek Vats to Managing Director in the Middle East and Andrew Thompson to Managing Director within the Asset Management Team in the US. This follows the recent hires of Georgina Harley, a former Partner at Mercer Consulting, as Group Managing Director – New Sectors & Services and Tim McEwan, to lead the new Talent Development & Advisory business.
Commenting on the recent promotions, Alex Cormack, Group Managing Director said, “We are extremely proud of what our team achieved in 2020. It was a difficult and turbulent time for many people both personally and professionally. We pulled together to support our clients, bringing us closer as a business.
“We have begun 2021 in a strong position in line with our Vision 2025 growth plan. Through hard work, persistence and collaboration across offices and practices around the world, I believe that we can take big strides towards achieving our goals.
The Americas and Asia will be key growth areas for Sheffield Haworth across all our practices and solutions, and particularly in the technology and professional services sector. We are actively looking for new talent to join us on this exciting journey.”
