Ruth Curran, IIC Partners Chair Named One of Ireland's Most Powerful Women
On June 14, the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) acknowledged Ms. Curran as one of 25 of Ireland’s most influential and successful women for their achievements.
Every year the Women’s Executive Network (WXN) identifies and celebrates the outstanding work of 25 Irish women. These are women who, by their success, encourage others to follow, be ambitious and to succeed.
“We are celebrating 25 of Ireland’s highest achieving women in diverse fields,” said Sherri Stevens, CEO of WXN. “All 25 are role models for the generations who will follow – which is why it’s very important to recognise and celebrate their great achievements,” Mrs. Stevens concluded.
Ruth Curran was recognised as an Indeed Business Leader and this Award is for women who hold the most senior positions in Ireland’s largest companies. These women have made a significant contribution to business in their leadership roles in 2017, whether they oversee growth, lead fast-paced innovation, increase diversity in their business, role model for others, or break boundaries within their sector. Nominees must hold a position at the Executive Director level or higher and report directly to the CEO/Managing Director.
Christine Hayward, Executive Director of IIC Partners commented, “Congratulations to Ruth Curran on this incredible and much deserved achievement. In her role as Global Chair for IIC Partners, her leadership inspires and encourages our search professionals around the world to serve their clients better. She is a role model to others demonstrating how to successfully manage a thriving business while at the same time being devoted to helping leading organisations find talent for critical executive and non-executive positions.”
