Russell Reynolds Associates Welcomes Scott Miner

Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, today announced that Scott Miner has joined the firm as a consultant on the Technology team, with a focus on the Business and Professional Services Practice.

 

Based in Washington, D.C., Miner concentrates on senior executive and partner searches in industries that include management and strategy consulting, IT and systems integration professional services, audit and tax services, IT and business process outsourcing, and public sector government technology and business services.

Miner's previous experience includes serving as Founder and Partner of Ascend Executive Search, Ltd., where he advised clients in professional services. He also previously worked in executive search consulting at two major global search firms. Prior to entering search, Miner worked predominately in the telecommunications and software industries, most notably with AT&T and CGI Group. He has held general management, marketing, product management, sales, IT and consulting roles for successful start-up divisions, as well as mature businesses with annual revenue exceeding $5 billion.

 

Miner received a B.S. in industrial engineering from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
