Russell Reynolds Associates Publishes Annual DEI Report

Russell Reynolds Associates recently published its first annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Progress Report to ensure the firm is living its mission to advance racial equity and gender parity. This report is a vital step forward to set clear, measurable goals and a baseline by which the firm will hold itself accountable.  

In the 2021 DEI Annual Report readers will find key data points that highlight what is working and where the firm need to accelerate progress. Russell Reynolds Associates will also shed light on the many areas where they are committed to doing more – to become better partners for clients and to make the firm a more inclusive place to work.
