Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Tina Shah Paikeday

Russell Reynolds Associates announced that Tina Shah Paikeday joined the firm as a consultant in the Human Resources Officers Practice. Based in San Francisco, Paikeday advises C-suite executives and management teams on executive search and assessment, with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion.

"Tina comes to our firm with a strong background in shaping cultures within large organizations. Her entrepreneurial background, as well as her experience advising senior executives on articulating and driving the diversity and inclusion agenda, position her as a uniquely qualified consultant and excellent addition to the firm," said Constantine Alexandrakis, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates' U.S. Region.

Paikeday joins Russell Reynolds Associates from the Talent Advisory Board, the diversity management consulting and research firm she founded. She previously worked at the Corporate Executive Board and at McKinsey & Company. Early in her career, Paikeday founded zBox Company, which produced a technology-based delivery appliance that was acquired by Whirlpool Corporation.

Paikeday has presented her research at a variety of forums, including the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, the California Minority Counsel Program and the Haas School of Business at the University of California. She has served on several boards and is currently a trustee of the UVA IDEA Fund.

Paikeday holds a B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
