Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Jane Xing

​Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leadership advisory and search firm, announced that Jane Xing has joined the firm as a Consultant in the Financial Services Practice. Based in Beijing, Xing is a trusted client advisor with nearly 20 years of investment, strategy and management experience, working with both regional and multinational organizations in China.

Xing joined Russell Reynolds Associates from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she most recently held the role of Deputy Director, Private Sector Engagement & Financial Institution Partnerships. She spent more than six years with the organization, based in Beijing, and previously held roles in strategy, planning and management. Earlier, she was Director of Strategic Investment at Legend Holdings. Xing began her career at McKinsey & Co., where she spent eight years working in Hong Kong, Singapore and Beijing, ultimately leading their corporate finance practice in Beijing.

Xing holds a BA in English from Beijing Foreign Studies University and an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
