Russell Reynolds Associates Hires David Lange

Russell Reynolds Associates, a global search and leadership advisory firm, announced that David Lange has rejoined the firm as a consultant in the Leadership & Succession Practice. Based in New York, Lange leads the firm’s efforts to bolster its global executive transition and development service capabilities.

“David brings more than 20 years of global CEO and executive development experience to the team,” said Anthony Abbatiello, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Leadership & Succession Practice. “Having worked closely with C-suite executives around the world, and having achieved accelerated development results using innovative methods, David is uniquely positioned to bring valuable expertise to all clients, both domestically and internationally.”

Prior to rejoining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lange served at a leading global consulting firm, where he was a Senior Client Partner. In this role, he was a leadership development market leader specializing in immersive development programs, executive transition, top-team facilitation and coaching. Previously, Lange worked in Portland and Budapest as a Partner at a global consulting firm, where he was responsible for expanding service offerings into the European market. He was also a Senior Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board. Lange began his career in management consulting and executive search in Hungary and initially joined Russell Reynolds Associates as a consultant in the Industrial Practice in Atlanta in 2004.

Lange holds a BA in international relations from the University of Virginia and an MBA from INSEAD Paris.
