Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Anne Coyle

Russell Reynolds Associates announced that Anne Coyle has joined the firm's Nonprofit Practice, where she specializes in Higher Education. Coyle has more than 15 years of experience working in executive search. Over the past 10 years, she has focused on higher education by advising colleges and universities as they seek senior academic and functional leaders. Coyle is based in Boston.

"Having worked in top leadership roles within premier academic institutions and in turn having advised leading academic organizations at global consultancies, Anne has cultivated a deep bench of connections to prominent and successful provosts, presidents and trustees," said Constantine Alexandrakis, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates' Americas region. "With her extensive experience in shaping leadership teams in academia, Anne is a uniquely qualified advisor within the higher education space."

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Coyle was a Partner in the higher education practice of a boutique executive search firm. Previously, she worked for a large international search firm, as well as boutique firms specializing in higher education and nonprofit clients. Coyle also served as Director of Admissions at the Yale School of Management and at Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Coyle holds a BA in biological anthropology from Harvard College and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School.
