Odgers Berndtson Appoints Collin MacLeod as Partner & Head of Canadian Healthcare Practice
Odgers Berndtson is pleased to announce that Collin MacLeod has joined the firm as Partner and Head of the Canadian Healthcare Practice. A trusted advisor and seasoned executive search professional, Mr. MacLeod brings 15 years of expertise conducting senior-level searches within the broader public sector, with a deep specialization in healthcare.
Formerly a Partner at LHH Knightsbridge, Mr. MacLeod was responsible for helping to build the firm’s Public Sector Practice, while playing a lead role in recruiting top talent to clinical operations and leadership mandates in the healthcare sector. He also worked closely with clients to provide critical leadership services, including assessment, coaching and onboarding support. Prior to LHH, Mr. MacLeod worked as a search professional at two other recruitment firms where he focused on healthcare and education.

Mr. MacLeod's passion for the impact that good leadership can have on healthcare organizations runs deep. Mr. MacLeod holds an Honours Political Science Degree from the University of Western Ontario and is a former President of the University’s Alumni Associations’ Toronto Chapter.
