Committed members of the 30% Club, their enthusiasm and passion for promoting women in leadership also extends to their own team and they are delighted to announce the following promotions.

Ciara Farrell has been promoted to the position of Head of Research and leads the in-house team of research associates in the delivery of insight excellence for our clients. A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast where she completed a BSc in Psychology, Ciara also holds a MSc in Work & Organisational Psychology from the University of Limerick where she was awarded the Kemmy Business School Outstanding Scholar Award. Ciara is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland and is passionate about the promotion of diversity and individual differences.

Sharon O’Sullivan has been promoted to the position of Senior Search Associate having joined two years ago from a boutique business consultancy. A graduate of University College Cork where she completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, finishing first in her class, Sharon also holds a Master’s Degree in Business & Management from Trinity College Dublin. Sharon recently completed the CIPD accredited Certificate in Human Resource Management with the National College of Ireland.
