Kyle Killian Joins Stanton Chase as a Director

Kyle Killian, an executive with more than 20 years of experience in the military and human resource sectors, has joined the Nashville office of Stanton Chase as a Director.
 
The announcement was made by Daniel Casteel, Managing Director of the Nashville office and Regional Vice President/North America for Stanton Chase, a global retained executive search firm with more than 45 offices in 70 countries.
 
“Kyle’s diverse background as a human resource professional and in the technology and consumer products industries demonstrates our continuing efforts to build an outstanding team here in Nashville,” said Casteel. “His global experience will also further strengthen Stanton Chase’s worldwide position as one of the leading search firms.”
Killian has served in senior-level positions with Fortune 500 companies and in executive and board roles for several non-profit organizations in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Killian was the global head of Human Resources Go-to-Market excellence for the Converse brand, supporting parent company Nike’s global Human Resources operational excellence initiatives.  Before Converse, he was Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development for Fanatics, where he played a key role in transforming the organization and leadership team to become the market leading e-commerce provider of licensed sports merchandise. 
 
He also served as a startup advisor to several new technology ventures, and held advisory board seats for veteran focused non-profits.  
 
Killian served in the United States Navy as an Intelligence Officer, and completed three combat tours in Iraq in supporting U.S. and Coalition Special Operations Forces.  He is a graduate of the University of Houston and has post-graduate training in National Security & Policy Studies with the Naval War College.
