Korn Ferry Announces Two New Partners in London and Switzerland

Korn Ferry announces Michael Stanford as Senior Partner in the firm’s Leadership and Talent Consulting business based in Zurich.
 
Mr. Stanford has joined Korn Ferry from a top executive education institute, IMD business school in Lausanne, where he operated at a senior leadership level and was imbedded in the creation of the organization's strategy and the execution of its core operational activities.
 
Mr. Stanford is a senior professional with a distinguished career in executive development, and has worked with many of the world's leading organizations on the front lines of leadership development, helping them design, deliver and evaluate critical executive leadership interventions.
 
Korn Ferry also announced that Louise Palmer has joined the firm’s Leadership and Talent Consulting business as a Senior Partner based in London.
 
Ms. Palmer joins the executive search firm from a large British-based retailer, Mothercare, plc., a global company where she was the Group People Director and led the Corporate Social Responsibility function. Previously in 2001, Ms. Palmer founded 7days, a successful business of specialists in organisational effectiveness, which she sold in 2010.
 
Ms. Palmer has predominantly focused on the private sector, with a strong background in travel, leisure, hospitality, media and retail sectors. Ms. Palmer has a master’s degree in HR and Organisational Strategy.
