Kevin Parker Joins Leathwaite As Partner
Global executive search firm Leathwaite expands in the US market with the hire of Partner Kevin Parker as client demand increases.
During a year of ups and downs for the hiring industry, global executive search and human capital firm Leathwaite has announced multiple senior level hires from major competitors, notably industry expert Kevin Parker, from Heidrick & Struggles, as the firm ramps up its US growth strategy. Parker joins as Partner in the New York and Dallas offices to lead the firm’s Commercial and Digital Practice and strengthen its technology and operations expertise.
The addition of Parker bolsters Leathwaite’s offerings and further expands its footprint in the growing digital and technology-rich eco-system that exists in key markets. The boutique firm has seen an increase in demand from clients in regional hubs and Parker will work with organizations across all industries to build their digital and commercial leadership at the most senior levels, while also partnering with clients more broadly on global leadership strategies and opportunities.

Parker has been at the helm of executive search for more than 20 years, specializing in consumer banking and payments, leading search assignments for top national banking and financial services companies, and fintech organizations across the US. He was most recently a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles in their Dallas and New York offices where he was a member of their global Financial Services and Technology Officers Practice. Before this, Parker was Managing Director of Cook Associates and Senior Engagement Director at Morgan Samuels, two premier boutique search firms, where he led their financial services and payments practices.
