Heidrick & Struggles, a premier provider of global leadership advisory and on-demand talent solutions, added two consultants in its Executive Search business and three consultants to Heidrick Consulting in the Americas beginning in the fourth quarter of 2020 through the first quarter of 2021.

With over 15 years' experience in strategy consulting, he works to help clients achieve large-scale culture transformation, especially within complex organizations, and across aerospace & aviation, oil & gas, logistics and transportation industries.
Nedra Johnson helps leaders navigate the volatile business environment and refine their approach to working collaboratively to drive sustainable results. With nearly 20 years' experience in experiential learning design, she is able to help leaders manage through critical challenges ranging from strategy to culture and diversity and inclusion. Previously, Johnson worked with corporate leaders to build strong, diverse executive leadership teams to drive strategic imperatives for the organization.
Ed Manfre helps leaders build thriving cultures and teams through simplifying their purpose and communicating with clarity throughout their organization. With over 15 years' experience in leadership development, workforce engagement, and culture building, Manfre is poised to help leaders transform their organizations in the new normal as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic and organizations begin to construct their own future of working environments to best serve their employees' unique needs. Previously, Manfre worked at another executive search firm and in media and production.

With over six years' experience in a wide range of sectors from automotive to private equity, Chodzko offers a distinct view to clients to help ensure they have the best talent in the right roles. Previously, Chodzko worked in London and Singapore focusing on the industrial and financial services sectors before returning to Poland.
Jorge Gouveia de Oliveira joined Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner in the London and Lisbon offices and brings deep experience in helping clients in the mining and metals sector to find and retain top talent. He has worked with the boards of several leading global industrial clients on CEO succession, chairman succession, and complex board build-ups, including leadership teams and non-executive directors.
Thierry Lindenau joined Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner in Brussels, bringing 19 years of experience in global and senior aviation recruitment. He has conducted hundreds of searches within the aviation industry across numerous C-level functions. Lindenau is a member of the Industrial and Aerospace, Defense & Aviation practices. Prior to his work in aviation, Lindenau was a senior consultant and then partner at a leading European executive search company based in Munich.
Kristin van der Sande joined Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner in the Frankfurt office, bringing more than 15 years' experience in executive search and helping clients maximize their digital transformations. She advises high-growth software innovators and provides guidance and counsel to fast-growing digitally-oriented companies. Van der Sande has worked with portfolios of private equity and venture capital firms to help them build new leadership teams for their next growth or exit stages. Previously, she worked in executive search at another leading firm.

With over 20 years' experience helping organizations evaluate their global leadership bench-strength, he helps identify critical leadership talent in M&A contexts, and works with executive teams to enhance team dynamics. Previously, Parfitt worked at a specialist talent assessment consultancy, where he established the company's U.S. operation and helped grow the business internationally.
Asia Pacific & The Middle East

Grace Gu joined Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner in Shanghai, bringing 12 years of professional experience in the consumer sector and in advising clients on digital transformation. She is a member of the firm's global Consumer Markets Practice and leads Heidrick Consulting in China. Previously, she founded her own internet company which served as a bridge between fashion-forward foreign brands and Chinese consumers.
Yoshihira "Yoshi" Terashima joined Heidrick & Struggles as a Principal in Tokyo, bringing over 15 years of professional experience in industrial B2B sectors including energy and transportation. Terashima helps place top leadership talent across a variety of companies, from Japanese start-ups and joint ventures to major multi-national companies with global operations. Previously, he worked at a major Japanese manufacturing company and brings additional expertise in digital transformation and data science.
