EXEC Announces Guilherme Spinorelli as New Partner
The executive arrives at the consultancy to add his know-how to the areas of IT, Fintechs and Services
EXEC, the largest national company for the selection and development of top management executives, has just announced the entry of Guilherme Spironelli as the new partner of the consultancy.
Graduated in Business Administration from PUC, in São Paulo, he started his professional career at Odebrecht, a company that did a job rotation through the financial departments and later worked as controller of Braskem, a group company. Later, he migrated to the commercial area of BR Malls and then worked at Groupalia, a Spanish multinational for collective purchases.
With approximately 10 years of his career, his experience as a headhunter accumulates passages for the Page Group, and for consultants Hays and Korn Ferry, recruiting for the areas of Finance, Financial Market & Investment Banking, Technology, Telecom and Services.
With vast expertise in these areas, Spironelli arrives at EXEC to develop the IT market, mainly with startups, companies entering the market and also traditional ones, in addition to exploring Fintechs, Services and Consultancies.
“My expectation is to be able to bring and have a more solid front, with regard to technology companies, to fintechs and mainly to services. To be a reference and make EXEC recognized by these sectors as well ”, evaluates the executive.
