The Buffkin Group Adds Rachel Jonkers as Associate in New York

The Buffkin Group has named Rachel Jonkers as an associate in the firm’s New York office. In her new role, Jonkers will work directly with Buffkin Group partners Raj Das and Tom Rosenwald as The Buffkin Group continues to grow its digital practice worldwide.

Her experiences in recruitment and lead generation will add strength to our efforts in our New York office." 

 

Prior to The Buffkin Group, Jonkers was a team lead for enterprise business development for Percolate, a complete marketing management software. At Percolate, she led new hire trainings, coaching and contests, while earning top performer statuses and exceeding quarterly attainment. 

 

Jonkers also served as head of recruitment for Dropoff, a courier service headquartered in Austin, Texas. At Dropoff, Jonkers recruited employees and independent contractors, generated leads, created and implemented orientation tutorials, contract agreements and incentive programs for independent contractors. 

 

Jonkers was a business development manager for Benchmark Bank, based in Austin, Texas. Her responsibilities at the bank included upselling commercial and retail customers to expand current relationships and drive new business. Also, Jonkers planned and executed local marketing, philanthropic sponsorships and event activities from inception to completion. 

 

Jonkers received a bachelor’s degree in communication studies, advertising and political communication from the University of Texas at Austin.
