Boyden Elects New Directors to Global Board to Support Expansion

Boyden, a premier global talent and leadership advisory firm with more than 65 offices in over 40 countries, today announced the addition of two new members to its Global Board, elected at Boyden’s annual partners meeting in Montreal.
 
Ken Werker, Managing Partner in Boyden Canada and Global Leader of Boyden’s Social Impact Practice was elected as a new board member. In addition, Kenneth Vinther Mortensen, Managing Partner in Denmark was also elected and will serve as the firm’s EMEA Regional Director.

Ken Werker, Board Member: As a global practice leader and Managing Partner, Werker leads C-level and board searches throughout the public and private sectors, with an emphasis in Boyden’s Social Impact and Healthcare & Life Sciences Practices. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
 
Kenneth Vinther Mortensen, EMEA Director and Board Member: Mortensen, with more than 20 years in executive search, leads board and executive management level assignments for local and international searches across the Nordics, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America in financial services, industrial, fintech and other sectors. In addition, he has led more than 30 assignments for private equity-owned or backed companies in the last two years.
