Amrop Strengthens its EMEA Consultant Team

Amrop welcomes five new Consultants to its global team of Executive Search and Leadership Services professionals.

Fadwa Mushtag – Consultant, Jeddah

Jan Derk Bauerman is Principal and Head of the Real Estate Practice in Germany. He is an experienced search consultant, with more than twelve years of executive search experience. Jan has worked with clients across the Real Estate, Financial Services and Private Equity sectors. Jan started his professional career as an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, later joining Kienbaum as a Senior Consultant in Germany. He has also co-founded two successful start-ups: a cooperation with Nestlé Deutschland, and an advertising agency focused on mobile applications.

Pablo Cavero joins Amrop from a background combining business and politics. He built a 19year career in Barclays Group, in roles encompassing management of Business Development and the Sales network, various central services functions, transformational and change related projects, and the main P&L accounts. In 2012, Pablo entered the political arena, when he was appointed Madrid Regional Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Housing, and Executive Chairman of the Metro and Regional Bus companies. In 2015, he was elected as a Councilor of Madrid City Council, chairing the Municipal Economic Committee and Director of the Transport Sector board. At Amrop, Pablo works with clients primarily in the broader Financial Services sector.

Carmine Coccorese began his career at Edison, an Energy company in Italy, building experience in organizational development, compensation, recruiting and training. He later worked as a Consultant in Change Management, Leadership Assessment and Behavioral Training. Carmine has worked with a range of organizations in designing and implementing competency models and transformation journeys, aimed at aligning HR systems and people to new strategies. He has assessed more than 2,000 people in leading companies, and has trained clients on themes related to Negotiation, Leadership, Team Development and People Management. Carmine is a Member of Amrop's global Leadership Services Practice. He also continues his role as Senior Professor at the Bocconi School of Management in the area of Management Development in the Financial sector.

Saša Fajmut joins Amrop with 10 years of experience in HR, having worked for multinational and domestic companies across the Adriatic region. Her professional experience spans the Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Banking and Engineering sectors. Prior to joining Amrop, Saša was Head of HR in a privately owned company, responsible for the establishment of all strategic and operational HR processes. She previously worked for the largest banking group in the Adriatic region, where she was responsible for leadership assessment and development. In addition, Saša has designed and implemented strategic HR processes such as competency modeling, performance management, incentive systems, succession planning and career planning. At Amrop, Saša works with clients on Leadership Assessment and Leadership Development projects.

Fadwa Mushtag’s consulting experience has focused on clients operating within the private sector as well as family businesses in the Gulf region. She joins Amrop from PwC Saudi Arabia, where she worked on performance improvement projects for companies undergoing transformational change. She has also built a strong advisory track record within the Government & Public Sectors in Saudi Arabia, by setting up PMOs and building Project Management capabilities across multiple Ministries. At Amrop, Fadwa works with clients in the Professional Services, Business Services and Government & Public sectors.
