Sandra de Bruijn started her career in the recruitment industry with Tempo Team, a Randstad Holding Company. In 1997 she was involved in the start up of Legal FlexForce - one of the Netherland's first and most successful recruitment agencies for lawyers and Legal Counsels, which was later acquired by TMP Worldwide.

Alex Diffey is a Partner and head of the Private Banking & Wealth Management Practice in London. He has over 15 years' executive search experience specializing in senior front office placements into the international Private Banking sector. He has run Private Banking executive search teams in Geneva, Singapore and London.

Anabel Galarza has 16 years of experience in recruiting and human resources in national and multinational companies. She has lead search assignments for senior executives for local and international companies in Ecuador and Latin America, and has provided strategic consulting to various clients across a range of sectors.

Miguel Herrezuelo joined Amrop in 2004, and was promoted as Associate in 2010. He started his career in the HR Consulting area of PricewaterhouseCoopers as Consultant. He has also worked as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting. Miguel specializes in working with clients in the Infrastructure, Engineering, Utilities and Professional Services sectors.

Avril Kellett is co-head of the Investment Banking practice in London. She has over 20 years' experience conducting searches across a broad range of financial services, particularly Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets.

Claudia Paladino has successfully managed a number of change management projects for multinational and family companies in Italy and search assignments in the digital and innovation sectors. In 2006 she began working in executive search, joining Eurosearch consultants. At Amrop, Claudia specializes in the Media & Technology, Industrial, Retail and Life Sciences sectors.

Irma Real joined Amrop in 2012 as Head of Research, with 30 years of experience in the editorial, advertising and marketing fields. Previously, Irma was Commercial Manager for Corporación La Prensa, the editorial company of Panama’s leading newspaper. Her past experience includes a role as VP Northern Latin America for the International Newspaper Marketing Association (INMA).

Roland Theuws began his professional career with Royal Dutch Shell where he participated in their international internship program in the Ivory Coast. Later he held commercial and senior management positions at Chevron Corporation in the UK and West Africa over a period of 14 years.

Mircea Tiplea began his career as a Finance Manager in the Aluminum industry, and later moved to the FMCG sector, working as Industrial Controller for InBev Romania and later as Financial Controller, SAP Project Manager and CFO for Coca-Cola Romania & Moldova. At Amrop, Mircea works with clients in the Private Equity, Financial Services, Supply Chain, Professional Services and NGO sectors.

Masha Yankovskaya has worked in the Executive Search industry for almost 15 years, focusing on Banking and Finance within the EMEA region. Masha joined Amrop Mulsanne in 2013 as a Senior Consultant with responsibility for the firm's Emerging Markets Practice. Previously, she worked for a renowned international search firm in the UK.
