Raita Suzuki, a seasoned consultant, brings expertise in Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, and Manufacturing. With a background in management within the Life Insurance sector, Raita adds valuable insights to the team. Raita is a graduate of Keio University (BA).
Yoko Sasaki brings nearly 23 years of expertise in executive coaching and organizational development consulting. A trailblazer in coaching since its inception in Japan, Yoko has held leadership roles at a pioneering coaching firm. At TRANSEARCH Japan, she focuses on leadership development coaching and organizational consulting.
Her extensive experience spans various sectors, coaching CEOs and department heads, with a systemic approach targeting individual and team performance improvement. Yoko is a graduate of Aoyama Gakuin University (BA) and holds credentials including International Coaching Federation Master Certified Coach.
