Inspiring Bold, Visionary Leadership: AESC Global Conference

On April 10 & 11, 2018, AESC hosted the annual Boutique and Independent Firm Forum and the AESC Global Conference in New York City. Attendees experienced an immersive program of inspired speakers, thought provoking sessions, and provocative discussions aimed to move the needle towards bold, visionary leadership.

A diverse range of executive search professionals from large, global to boutique firms traveled from 19 different countries to accelerate their expertise in the profession, network with their peers, and come away with fresh ideas to share with their firms. One attendee explained their motivation to join the conference is "to have a better and up to date understanding of our industry and to build a global network as well."

The conference centered on the theme Disruptive Innovation, and focused on growth strategies, the power of generational difference, leaders and the choices they make, plus legislation and innovation.
