During each webinar workshop, you will receive step-by-step guidance on how best to adapt the templates to meet your firm's needs. The two training webinars will be recorded and provided to registrants if they are unable to attend during the live sessions.

AESC strives to serve its members with resources and insights on GDPR. The total cost for the templates is $1,900 USD. If you were to purchase the package directly from White & Case on an individual firm basis, the total cost would be $23,000.

How will I purchase and receive the toolkit?

The AESC GDPR Compliance Toolkit is designed for boutique and indepedent firms with 10 partners or less. If your firm meets that crtiteria, you must complete the February 13 or 20 webinar Eventbrite registration in order to purchase the toolkit. Afterwards, you will receive an NDA and once it is signed, you will receive a digital packet of the AESC GDPR Compliance Toolkit for your firm's use.

What happens if I missed the February 13 webinar?

The two-part training webinars are designed to provide guidance on how to use the AESC GDPR Compliance Toolkit. AESC will record both training webinars. If you missed the part one webinar on February 13, we still encourage you to register for the February 20 event to receive the toolkit and accompanying training webinars.

Do I need to attend the webinar at the scheduled time?

The webinars are recorded therefore giving our members the possibility of watching them at any time they wish with key members of their teams. If you are unable to attend the live webinar, you will receive a recording which can be viewed at any time. For those who join the live sessions and have questions, submit them to AESC and we will facilitate getting you answers.

Are there other GDPR resources from AESC?

All AESC members will also have access to the AESC’s Voluntary Code of Conduct on Data Protection when it is approved by the Belgian Privacy Commission. AESC is actively responding to provide our members with the tools and knowledge on how they can prepare. View a list of resources here.
