The AESC, in conjunction with James Pogue Enterprises, is inviting you to participate in a Diversity, Inclusion & Bias Workshop on October 12, 2021.
Many of us are not comfortable with in depth conversations about Race and the rest of the ‘BIG 8’ (Gender, Sexuality, Politics, Age, Ability/Disability, Socioeconomics and Religion). We simply haven’t developed the skills.
In this 2 hour session, you can expect a challenging and engaging experience designed to push participants outside their comfort zones in a safe and respectful environment.
• Increase your comfort and expertise in conversations about Race and other aspects of Diversity.
• Develop ‘muscles’ around your thoughts, intentions, actions and behaviors regarding Diversity, Inclusion and Bias.
• Build Strategies for change and engagement individually and organizationally.
