Casey Whitaker, will explore the basics of improvisation and how those principles translate to the executive search profession. Through the "Yes, And" philosophy, participants will learn the art of first impressions, how to make and maintain strong conversations, and how staying present in the moment can lead to stronger business relationships. By using fun and interactive improv games and exercises, the group will tackle remedies for addressing the sometimes generational, cultural, and varying experience levels  road blocks they may face when initiating professional conversations.
